A 20-year-old company where the owner is still on site
Paul Oliver started Accent Plus Builders in 2006 after 11 years building custom homes. Since then he has run every project himself — specification reviews, permits, scheduling, demolition, structure, utilities, inspections and the final walk-through.
Organization, communication and teamwork are what make projects go well. Our team is made up of quality craftsmen with years of experience in their own trades, and we schedule and oversee all residential and commercial subcontract work to make sure it complies with state and county code.

We meet with you at the property to review the space
Paul walks the space himself. That is where we find the things a photo cannot show — the load-bearing wall, the duct run, the drainage.

We prepare a detailed estimate based on the project scope
A written scope and price built from your project, with the assumptions spelled out. Not a per-square-foot guess.

We manage the project through construction, inspections and final completion
Permits pulled, subcontractors scheduled, inspectors met, punch list finished and the final walk-through done with you.

No, and we would not trust one either. Two kitchens the same size can differ by tens of thousands depending on the layout, the structure behind the walls and the finishes. Send us the details and we will look at the project properly, then give you a real number.

Yes. Coming out to look at the project and putting together an estimate costs you nothing and carries no obligation.
