This website deliberately does not provide instant or automated pricing. Nothing here is a quote, an offer or a price commitment. When you submit an estimate request you are asking us to get in touch — no contract is formed.

Any estimate we give you is based on the information available at the time, including what we can see during a site visit. It becomes binding only when set out in a written contract signed by both parties. Renovation work sometimes uncovers conditions that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand; those are handled as written change orders under your contract.

Timeframes, cost ranges and durations mentioned anywhere on this site are general guidance drawn from past projects. They are not promises about your project.
