What we take on — and what we do not
We are a general contractor, not a handyman service. Our work is whole rooms and whole structures: projects that need drawings, permits, inspections and several trades scheduled in the right order. That is where having one company accountable for the result actually matters.
We take on: kitchen and bathroom renovations, finished basements, room and second-story additions, sunrooms, decks, screened porches and roofed decks, patios, pavilions and outdoor kitchens, wine cellars, home theaters, golf simulator rooms, fireplaces and stonework, custom carpentry and trim, and commercial tenant improvements.
We are not the right call for: single-item repairs, appliance installation, routine plumbing or electrical service calls, or roof and gutter replacement on its own. If you send us something outside our scope we will tell you straight away — and where we can, point you to someone who does it well.
Every project runs the same way
Whatever we are building, the process is the same: we look at the space in person, scope it properly, put the price in writing, pull the permits, schedule the trades, meet the inspectors and finish the punch list. Paul Oliver runs it himself, which is why there is only ever one person to ask.
