The town, ZIP code and — if you provide it — the street address of the project
The project type, stage, timeframe and budget range you select
The description you write
Any photos, drawings or documents you choose to attach
How you heard about us and your preferred contact method, if you tell us
The page you submitted the form from, so we know what you were reading

Photos and documents are optional. Do not upload anything you would not want us to hold — and please do not include financial account details, identification documents or other sensitive personal information in the message field. We do not need them and we do not ask for them.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — which is used for security and to keep the site running. This site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics profiling.

To obtain permits and coordinate subcontractors and inspections for your project
To keep records we are required to keep as a licensed contractor

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful, and are then deleted. Records relating to projects we complete are retained for as long as required for contractual, warranty, insurance, tax and licensing purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing poliver3044@gmail.com or calling (703) 581-3079. Where we are legally required to retain project records we will tell you, and delete everything we are not required to keep. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

Children

This website is intended for adults. Our forms ask you to confirm you are 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us and we limit access to it.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party profiles such as Houzz, Facebook and the Better Business Bureau. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.
