Request an estimate
Tell us about your project and Paul Oliver will get back to you — usually within one business day. There is no instant online quote here, because every project is different and a calculator would only tell you what you want to hear.
- Free, with no obligation
- Photos welcome but not required
- Goes straight to the owner
- We never resell your details

What happens next
From your request to a real number
-
We read it properly
Your request goes straight to Paul, not into a lead-generation queue that gets resold to four contractors.
-
You hear back within a business day
Usually the same day. If your project is not something we should be doing, we will say so rather than string you along.
-
We come and look
Paul walks the space himself. Photos are useful, but the load-bearing wall and the duct run only show up in person.
-
You get it in writing
A written scope and price with the assumptions spelled out — so you can compare it against anyone else fairly.

Questions about estimates
Why is there no instant price calculator?
Because it would be wrong often enough to be useless. Two identical-looking kitchens can differ by tens of thousands depending on whether a wall is load-bearing, where the plumbing runs, and what the finishes are. We would rather look at the actual project and give you a number you can build to.
Does an estimate cost anything?
No. Coming out, looking at the project and putting an estimate together is free and carries no obligation.
Do I have to upload photos?
No — photos are entirely optional. They do help us understand the space before we visit, but a request without them is just as welcome.
What happens after I send this?
Paul reviews it and gets back to you, usually within one business day, to ask anything that is unclear and arrange a time to see the space. After that visit you get a written scope and price.
What if I only have a rough idea?
That is completely fine and very common. Tell us what is bothering you about the space or what you would like it to do, and we will help work out what the project actually is.
