We work close to home on purpose. Being local means we can get a trade back the same week, meet an inspector at short notice, and return for a punch-list item without it becoming a scheduling problem.

Sterling is really two housing markets. Sterling Park is one of the oldest suburban neighborhoods in Loudoun County, and Countryside and the Cascades are 1980s and 1990s subdivisions. The projects that come up differ sharply between them.
